Bruce Ranta

Bruce is a Wildlife Biologist with an MSc in Biology. He is retired after more than 30 years with the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources, but remains active in all things wildlife. He has over many years published articles and photographs in refereed scientific journals, technical documents, newspapers and magazines. A long-time columnist for Ontario Out of Doors magazine, Bruce is a passionate outdoors person. He and his spouse Lillian Anderson, who is also a biologist and a published author, artist, and licensed wildlife rehabilitator, live on acreage north of Kenora.
